I have just completed this bathroom renovation. This job involved a reposition of the bath/toilet and extractor fan. A remote Aqualisa shower was installed including a new circuit from the consumer unit, the cold water supply was taken from the storage tank in the loft and the hot water supply was taken from an Essex flange from the tank in a cupboard. A partial rewire was undertaken to remove unwanted wall lights and a shaver socket circuit. LED downlights were installed including a circuit to power a mirror light which incorporated a shaver socket. This bathroom was re-plastered and decorated before the tiling and suite was installed.
